Our core business…the job shop! Our capabilities include 4 axis precision CNC mill and CNC lathe work. We also have CNC tap machines and grinding capabilities. Waterjet, Laser and brake work is outsourced to several companies that share our beliefs in quality, lead time and cost. We are still very competitive in pricing in this area due to the amount of work we send these companies. |

MIG and TIG capabilities on Mild and Stainless Steel, as well as Aluminum. Rotary Tables are used for circular geometries to ensure a consistent and visually appealing weld. |

The majority of our assemblies are manufactured in house, then assembled in our controlled environment assembly room. If your product requires one of a kind assembly stations, DC Machine has the capability of designing and fabricating these stations in house. |
